| 0 | I re-keyed the exemption under the previous owner since they were the owner January 1. The blue record with the 12/21/2023 effective date is for year 2024. The 2024 tax bill amount will reflect/include the exemption. I re-keyed the exemption for year 2025 under the new owner’s name because they are the owners January 1, 2025. The transfer was recorded on 6/25/2024 and that triggered the exemption to be removed. The exemption will be rolled forward to future years under the new owner. Technically it is effective for year 2024 and that’s what the approval notice I mailed stated |
